The team at Windsor works tirelessly to create a lifestyle of comfort and enjoyment for our residents. After all, this is where we spend our days and nights—so Windsor is truly our community, too. We focus our efforts on our residents’ individual needs and wants. We call it our “tailored preferences” approach.
You’ll find a variety of healthcare staff members here—including licensed nurses (RNs and LPNs). Other important community staff members include our activities director, health services director, business office manager, housekeeping services staff and dining services staff led by our dining services director.The community has also established relationships with third-party providers including doctors and occupational, speech and physical therapists. Community staff members are well-connected in the Dallas area medical community and can facilitate connections for you.
Deirdre attended Texas A&M University-Commerce majoring in Mass Communications. In 2012, she found her calling in the hospitality field, where she could combine her love of business administration with helping others. Working in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities has helped her to grow professionally and fulfill her passions.

Lisa has been a dedicated and caring nurse since 1982. She served in the Army for 21 years. She is very family-oriented, with two grown children and two grandchildren. Lisa cared for her mother during a 25-year illness, which fuels her commitment to seniors and their caretakers.
What Lisa says about working at Windsor: “I love taking care of people and feeling that I can make a difference—whether it’s big or small.”
Cathy received her Master’s Degree in Biomedical and Health Ethics from Arizona State University and has been working in the healthcare field since 2003. She enjoys dining at waterfront restaurants, hiking, and mountain biking on the weekends. Cathy also likes to travel and particularly loves going back to upstate New York every summer for time with family and friends.

Victoria has been an Activities Director for nearly thirty years. She holds a National Activities Director Certification, and is extremely passionate about her work and her residents. Originally from the Upstate NY area, Victoria moved to Texas in 2008. She has five adult children and one grandson. In her personal time, Victoria enjoys reading, swimming, tent camping, fishing, target shooting and spoiling her grandson.
What Sandra says about working at the Windsor: “I love spending time every day working to make people happy! I get to go home at the end of each day and know that I made people’s lives a bit better, life doesn’t get any better than that!”
Juan went to Cedar Valley College in Lancaster, Texas and is HVAC certified. He is the father of five beautiful girls, from 6 to 21 years old. Juan was born in Durango, Mexico, but raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He loves spending time with family and friends.
