Van LyDirector of Sales and MarketingAs one of the first employees of the Windsor, Van has had the exciting opportunity to watch the community transform from metal studs and construction framing to a fully furnished, fully functioning senior community. Though watching a building physically evolve is special in itself, the most memorable part of being at the Windsor for Van is the relationships that she gets to build everyday with the residents, their families, and the other Windsor employees. It is imperative that each new resident knows that not only are they getting a brand new home, but they are part of the Windsor family.Van has been in the marketing industry for over 14 years, with 7 of those years specializing in senior care. With her experience, she has assisted in opening 3 new senior living communities and aided with the growth of 3 long-established ones. She has always had a passion for helping seniors, and when she is not in her office or touring a new family member, you will often find her playing a game of dominoes with the residents.
