Steve DavisonExecutive ChefChef Steve, as he is called at Windsor, had enjoyed creating menus and meals professionally for about 20 years. As an independent chef, he worked with country clubs and other venues to prepare delicious menus that pleased his patrons. His experience also includes being a Pastry Chef for Neiman Marcus and creating culinary delights at Dean Faring's The Mansion.At Windsor Senior Living, Chef Steve's main responsibility is menu development and overseeing kitchen production and staff. Working with a registered dietician, the meals at Windsor are prepared with the residents' dietary needs, restrictions, and requirements in mind.
