Ilene BrillHuman Resources DirectorIlene Brill, Windsor's Human Resources Director, has worked in the employment field for more than 35 years. She has a B.A. in Sociology and graduate studies in Business Administration. Most of her career has been in a non-profit environment, so Ilene believes in working to help people. Her skills cover all aspects of HR including recruitment, benefits, and employee relations which makes Ilene a great fit as Windsor grows and develops its staff.
