Carmelita DoloresDirector of Clinical ServicesCarmelita brings more than 15 years of long-term care industry development expertise, plus 30 years of professional nursing experience, to Windsor Senior Living. Prior to joining Windsor, she developed, owned and managed Amaranth Senior Living. Carmelita also developed, owned, successfully managed, and sold the Agape Care Home, the Corinthians Retirement Community, and the Frisco Senior Living centers. She serves as the President/CEO of Amaranth 11 LP, Amaranth Inc., Stonebriar Investment Inc., and Bearer of Hope International Ministries.Awarded for her work ethic, Carmelita has received the Ernst and Young Nominee in 2000, the Outstanding Business Women in North Dallas in 1999, and the Outstanding Nurse of the Year and 5-Star Spirit Award from Baylor University Medical Center. Carmelita's love for senior is evident in the details of her management skills through well-managed delivery of care.
